To apply for online banking click the Online Banking link to the left. Once you are transferred to our Online Banking site click on Sign Up and complete the process. We will then mail you the Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclosure to be filled out. Once we receive it back, your account will be activated. Or, if you would like access sooner, stop in at any of our three locations and fill out the form.

Several people in the Las Animas area have received an automated phone call regarding their debit card at Arkansas Valley Federal Credit Union. The call reportedly states that it is from Arkansas Valley Federal Credit Union calling because their debit card could possibly be stolen or fraudulent charges may have been made. You are then asked to enter your ten digit debit card number. Please DO NOT enter your debit card number or any other account information. If this were a legitimate call from the credit union's fraud department, they already have this information and would not ask for it.

One member reported the phone number that called as 857-254-2357 from Boston, MA. Authorities are working to get this number shut down.

Avoid letting your account become dormant by transacting business at least once per year. After three years of inactivity, a $5 service fee is charged each quarter. After five years, the credit union is required to submit the funds to the State of Colorado.
